Psychological syndromes that are associated with obesity and eating disorders among adolescent girls has increased upside, however, due to an increase in the disorder, impulse control study aimed to improve the effectiveness of teaching emotion regulation strategies adolescents with disorders food restriction was to avoid. The present study of quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest with the control group. The research population Hazrklyh school students (sixth, seventh and eighth) and the city of Hamadan was the first school to avoid disorder and food restrictions were infected, of whom 24 (in two experimental and control groups) were selected for sampling. These patients using a clinical interview and emotional adjustment of the scale of difficulty Graz and Romer (2008) in the pre-test, post-test and follow-up were assessed. The experimental group in 8 sessions (1/15 to 1/45 minutes) were trained in skills, impulse control and data using analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) were analyzed. The results showed that the two groups after the intervention, group therapy, there is a significant difference in terms of emotional regulation (p< 0/01). The results also showed that the changes in the track is maintained and can results in these patients and patients who are suffering emotional pain and suffering to pigs.
